Description: The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Putnam, NY. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new manufactured home on the same footprint, with the project start date set for the middle of May. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified , approximately 1170 square foot manufactured home and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
