Description: The New York State Bridge Authority is holding a sealed bid auction for the ten (10) year lease of seventy-two (72) dark fiber optic strands located across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, located between the Town of Greenport, Columbia County, on the east end of the bridge and the Town of Catskill, Greene County, on the west end of the bridge in the State of New York, resulting in 457,416 feet of fiber.
