Description

Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Solicitation Documents. The SOW and Specifications are written for the repair/replacement of floor drain for a USDA greenhouse in College Station, TX.



There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6.



All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM August 27th, 2025. Questions submitted after August 27th until quotes are due may not receive a response. If questions are submitted after August 27th and you were not an attendee of a site visit and therefore would not be technically acceptable for award under Evaluation Factor 4, a response will not be provided.
