The Board of Trustees of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (the “District”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the following real property (the “Property”):
PROPERTY:
Approximately 4.884 acres located at 2115 E Frankford Road, Carrollton, Texas 75007; Legal Description: PRINCE OF PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH ADDN BLK A LOT 1 ACRES 4.884 (hereinafter “Property”). The Seller will retain all mineral rights.
The legal descriptions, above, while accurate to locate the properties for purposes of inspection may be insufficient to close the sale of the Property. The Bidder understands that upon the delivery of the Survey to the Bidder/Buyer as required in the Real Estate Sales Contract attached hereto as Exhibit C, and approval of such Survey, the metes and bounds description of the Property prepared by the Surveyor will be the description of the Property for use in preparation of the final Deed to the Property.
