Description:

Forsyth County is seeking a contractor to Inspect, Test and Certify the fire alarm systems, including all Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Duct Detectors, Horns, Strobes, Chimes and Bells. As part of this testing, the Contractor shall satisfy requirements of the latest edition of NFPA 72, Chapter 10, conform to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, and verify operation of the fire alarm systems. Scope of work also includes inspection of the smoke control system. This inspection shall include functionality testing of components, LEDS, batteries, any dampers related to smoke evac, fans, pressure differential, and Pull Test. All testing and reports shall be in accordance with NFPA 92 (Smoke Control) and NFPA 72 (Fire Alarm).
