Executive Summary
The State of Texas, by and through theTexas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), issues this Request forProposal (RFP) to solicit a qualified Contractor with the expertise, financialresources, and experience necessary to provide financial analysis and financialdata management and modeling. The Contractor will work with the State tosupport the Texas Medicaid program including the Texas HealthcareTransformation and Quality Improvement Program in accordance with the specificationscontained in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Scope of Work
HHSC intends to award a single Contract to a qualified Contractor toprovide financial analysis and financial data management and modeling Servicesas requested by HHSC to support the Texas Medicaid program including the TexasHealthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program.
Contract Term
Theinitial term of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation will be three (3)years. HHSC at its soleoption, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for up totwo (2) additional years.
