MSC REQUESTS INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRICE AND AVAILABILITY OF ONE (1) CLEAN APPROVED U.S. FLAGGED DOUBLE HULL MEDIUM RANGE (MR) TANKER WITH SEGREGATED BALLAST TANKS (SBT) THAT IS CAPABLE OF CARRYING A MINIMUM OF 300,000 BBLS OF CLEAN PETROLEUM PRODUCT (INTENTIONS JP5, JAA, OR F76) WITHIN VESSEL’S NATURAL SEGREGATION IN DESIGNATED CARGO TANKS WITH DOUBLE VALVE ISOLATION.
