conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined
below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below).
EPCOR has approximately 5,800 km of sanitary, storm and combined sewer pipeline, 74,000
manholes, 60,100 catch basins and 8,900 catch basin manholes. It is the intent of EPCOR to deep
clean and flush all sewer pipelines, catch basins and manholes regularly.
Upon closing of the RFP, EPCOR will rank all qualified Proponents from highest to lowest score. EPCOR’s
intent is to award a Master Goods and/or Services Contract (“MSA”) to the first and second highest scoring
Proponents. The intent is that these MSA holders will form the “Call-Out List” for the Work.
For all required Work, the MSA holder with the highest qualified score on the Call-Out List will first be given
a reasonable amount of time to quote and bid for the Work under the applicable Project Request, Purchase
Order, or Project Confirmation before it is sent to the next qualified MSA holder on the Call-Out List.
However, if in the Owner’s opinion, acting reasonably: (a) the Work under the applicable Project Request,
Purchase Order, or Project Confirmation is expected to exceed $70,000, or (b) the first-ranked MSA holder
is currently engaged on another project with EPCOR and cannot provide sufficient manpower for the new
Work, the Owner may proceed to request a quote from the second-ranked MSA holder on the Call-Out List.
EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information
contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data
contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
