This is step one (1) of possible two-step process.  Final best value selection of Housekeeping Services provider(s) may result from the step two process of Short List Presentation evaluation.  MD Anderson reserves the right to make award based on North Campus and South Campus delineation; awarding to multiple contractors as beneficial to the institution.
