The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors to replace existing plumbing piping at multiple buildings at the North Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on August 20, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. Â Interested Contractors shall meet at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street, Lowell, MA 01854.

FSB from HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are due on September 3, 2025 @ 11:00 AM.

General Contractor Bids are due on September 10, 2025 @ 11:00 AM.
