1. Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the required items. This solicitation is conducted using simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1, and the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in its best interest.
This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS Code is 332994 (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

Delivery Details
Delivery Address: Cocotitlán - Tepetlixpa, 56650 Temamatla, Méx., Mexico
Delivery Date: Offerors shall propose their best delivery schedule (e.g., XX Days After Receipt of Order). The Government desires delivery within 45 days, but will evaluate proposed delivery schedules as part of the award decision.
FOB Terms: FOB Destination. The Contractor is responsible for all shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance into Mexico.
NOTE: The provided delivery address is an approximation for quoting and shipping calculation purposes. The final delivery location will be provided upon award but is guaranteed to be within a 10-mile radius of the stated location. Offerors shall formulate their FFP shipping costs based on this assumption.
3. Brand Name Justification
This is a brand name only requirement. Range Systems bullet traps are essential for ensuring safety, lead management, noise control, and long-term cost-effectiveness in high-volume shooting environments. Market research confirms that these products are uniquely suited to meet the Government’s requirements due to their AR500 steel durability, lead recovery system, noise reduction, and fire risk reduction features.
