Synopsis:
|
|
Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the Demolition of the Buena Vista Hospital and Seniors' Lodge for the Town of Kerrobert. Sealed Tenders will be recieved at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 p.m., C.S.T., Thursday, May 8th, 2025 and will be opened in public thereafter.
The work includes:

Demolition of the Buena Vista Hospital and Seniors' Lodge building, including site preparation, safety systems, barricades, demolition activities, backfilling and landscaping of site;

Conducting demolition, hauling, and disposal activities in accordance with asbestos handling policies and procedures;

Loading, covering, hauling and disposal of demolition materials to the Kerrobert landfill;

Clean-up of site;
-
Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work.
General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
