Description: The Orange County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) is seeking proposals from Qualified Environmental Professionals (QEPs) to provide environmental and engineering consulting services as part of a Brownfield Assessment Grant awarded by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Grant funding will be used to characterize, assess, and conduct cleanup planning and community involvement related activities for brownfield sites in Orange County, NY. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: conducting environmental assessments, development of quarterly reports and associated paperwork, supporting public engagement activities, and assisting with the development of brownfield redevelopment activities. The contract will be for the period between March 2025 to September 2028. The project is funded with EPA Brownfield Assessment and Cleanup grant funds.
