The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, permits and fees necessary to provide grounds maintenance services for Suffolk Industrial Park, Wilroy Industrial Park, Obici Place (1900 N. Main St.) and the Health and Human Services Building Property (135 Hall Avenue) in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. This shall facilitate the establishment of contracts for the Economic Development Authority (EDA).
