Quad Drainage Site Improvements

The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to Construct approximately 1/2 acre of site improvements at the Quad for the 163d Attack Wing located at March ARB CA. Sitework includes grading, paving, pavers, vaults, walls and landscaping.

Construction/contract completion time is 120 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238910. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00.

This action is being procured as a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

Project Magnitude: between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00
