The work consists of renovating the 2nd floor of the Ministry of Highways Equipment Repair Depot located at 1610 Park Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, as per drawings and specifications prepared by 1080 Architecture Planning + Interiors.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 2:00 PM Saskatchewan Time on May 6, 2025, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the
Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.ca.
