The Miami Township Board of Trustees is accepting bids for refuse collection and disposal services on an exclusive contract basis for all private residential properties, as defined within the proposed bid specifications, for a three-year contract, with two option years. The Township is seeking alternative bids to include an option for its citizens to select a smaller container for trash collection. Bidders either have the option to submit a standard bid or may also include an alternative bid with a smaller container option for consideration. Contract begins July 1, 2026.

Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL BID ? MIAMI TOWNSHIP ? 2026. Deliver to:

Detailed specifications may be obtained between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Government Center beginning on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Bid questions may be submitted to Admin@miamitownship.com by Friday, November 21, 2025.
