Northern Westchester East-West Corridors Study

NYMTC, through its administrative host, NYSDOT, is releasing this Non-Architectural/ Engineering RFP to seek services from a responsive and responsible Consultant (or team of consultants) to undertake a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study centered on the east-west transportation corridor in northern Westchester County which contains the Bear Mountain Parkway, Route 6, Route 35, and Route 202/35. The estimated contract start date is November 15, 2025.

For this specific procurement, NYSDOT has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation goal of 14.85%. Meaningful participation by either a prime consultant who is certified as a New York State Unified Certification Program (NYSUCP) DBE or inclusion of subconsultant(s) who is/are certified as a NYSUCP DBE count towards the DBE participation goal.
