ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services for Stormwater Improvements at 20 ^th Street at Michigan Avenue Road.  Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, ET, August 5, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

The scope of the project will consist of removing and replacing the existing stormwater drainage infrastructure along the north side of 20 ^th Street NE near Michigan Avenue Road.

This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding.  Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, ET at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “BID – Stormwater Improvements at 20 ^th St at Michigan Ave Rd” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
