RFP 2026-1 Temporary Housing Unit Lease (Re-Bid)

All proposals received on January 26, 2026, have been rejected.  The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) re-invites proposals from qualified organizations to provide management services for a Temporary Housing Unit Lease located at 562 Market Street, Lowell, MA. Unit being offered is a 1 bedroom, 1,136sf+/-, is handicapped accessible and furnished.  Proposals will be accepted by firms that will manage the unit to provide emergency housing for eligible displaced individuals for a maximum of two-week terms.
