Collaborative Facilitator

Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for from third-party facilitators to work with MnDOT and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Workforce Collaborative (“the Collaborative”). The Collaborative reviews and evaluates MnDOT’s implementation of DBE and workforce programs. The Collaborative recommends changes, including possible legislation, to improve the effective of DBE and workforce programs throughout the State. Sustainable improvements in MnDOT’s Office of Civil rights programs require stakeholder partnerships and public engagement in a transparent decision-making process. The future work of the Collaborative will provide a productive environment for continuous improvement and service to stakeholders. The purpose of the Collaborative, as outlined in Minnesota Statute §174.186, should be of primary consideration in all project undertakings.
