ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on November 19, 2025 for DPW
Project No. 25065; Department of Corrections: NCRC New Bldg. for Visiting and Programming,
Nampa, ID.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include 2,400 square foot single story building
of type V-B construction. 60’ x 40’ wood framed, slab on grade, pitched roof wood trusses with asphalt
shingles. Spaces to include training spaces, offices, restrooms, mechanical room and storage. Associated
site improvements.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on November 3, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time,
at the Nampa Community Reentry Center, 1640 11th Avenue North, Nampa ID 83687. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
