Utilities Building Complex -Design/Build

The City of Covington, GA is requesting proposals, (RFP) from professional Development/ Design/ Build firms that are interested in, and capable of providing, a combination of professional services, to provide Architectural/Engineering design services, pre-construction consulting services and construction services for a new Utilities Center facility. The services would include providing the site location (minimum of 15-25 acres within the city limits) and required site work of the property, the confirmation of compatibility of the space needs program, cost budget through design, construction, contract closeout and warranty enforcement, preparation of all design and construction documents and construction compliance inspection services, pre-construction consulting services to control project cost and schedule during the design, and construction services.
