The 60th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to ADVANCE SOUND & ELECTRONICS for the acquisition of software and training for a Haas CNC Machine. The Surgical Suite at David Grant Medical Center (DGMC), Travis AFB requires additional Badge Access Readers for 2 rooms to be integrated with the existing facility badger reader system. The system being acquired must integrate with the existing facility badger reader system, PremiSys Access Control Management system, manufactured and licensed by acre Security.
Advance Sound & Electronics is the exclusive certified partner authorized to provide, install, and maintain the existing acre Security, PremiSys Access Control Management system and hardware infrastructure at DGMC. Acre Security maintains strict authorization protocols and will not provide products, technical assistance, or support to unauthorized entities attempting to service existing systems. The manufacturer requires that security integrators demonstrate comprehensive capability to service all system components, including the management platform and ancillary equipment. Technical assistance and engineering support are exclusively provided to authorized integrators. Additionally, maintaining an authorized local integrator ensures optimal system performance and timely response to service requirements.
The 60th Contracting Squadron conducted market research and confirmed that Advance Sound & Electronics is acre Security’s only authorized partner on record, which is certified/ trained to provide, install, service / maintain the existing acre Security Management system, the PremiSys Access Control Management System and hardware. We also considered the possibility of using a different security management system but determined that there were no alternate solutions that would meet the need.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements described above are invited to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating their ability to provide the required Acre Security, PremiSys Access Control Management system, hardware and support.
