INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Juneau State Office Building (JSOB) Snack Bar, Project Number 25C0744709, will be received before 2:00 p.m., December 12, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will renovate the Snack Bar on the 8 ^th floor of the Juneau State Office Building (JSOB) in Juneau, Alaska. Work includes installation of a new vent hood and soffit, new rooftop makeup air unit, new counters, new flooring and wall panels, and the installation of various owner-furnished equipment.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 10:30am at the project location (333 Wiloughby Ave). Meet in the hallway outside the Snack Bar on the 8 ^th Floor of the Juneau State Office Building. Attendees are requested to RSVP with the project manager, Levi Overbeck ( levi.overbeck@alaska.gov or (907)720-3787) by 12:00pm on December 4, 2025. Roof access via ladder may be available (weather dependent), so attendees should bring appropriate clothing (e.g. closed-toed shoes, jacket, gloves).

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be May 27, 2026.
