The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: 65 ^th Street and Meredith Drive Storm Sewer

Project No.: 2026-003

Estimate: $2,500,000

Major Items:

• Approximately 2,300 LF of Storm Sewer Main Installation
• Approximately 600 LF of Water Main Installation
• Approximately 7,100 SY of PCC Pavement
• Approximately 1,800 SY of PCC Sidewalk Installation
• Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey.

Letting Date:          1:30 PM, January 28, 2026

Completion Date:   September 24, 2027
