INTERSTATE 35E UTILITY RELOCATION

Project Description: The City of Corinth (City) is requesting bids for I35E Utility Relocation from Corinth Parkway to Riverview Drive for the City of Corinth as described in the following bid specifications. Invitation to Bid I35E Utility Relocation Bid #1179 City of Corinth, Texas. The successful bidder shall execute a contract to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance and licenses as necessary to provide goods/services in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions set forth in this bid. It is the intent of the City to select one provider for the aforementioned goods/services. The successful bidder will be considered the sole point of contact with regard to contractual matters, including payment of any and all charges resulting from the contract.
The successful bidder will be awarded a contract effective from date of notice to proceed as determined by the City; and will expire upon completion and acceptance of the project. The successful bidder must be available for emergency services, if required.
Funding for this project will be provided by TXDOT.
A pre-submittal virtual conference will be held at 3:00 P CST, Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 via TEAMS. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged; as the deadline for questions is 9:00 AM CST, March 12, 2025.
