RFQ 1165 Curriculum Enriching Activities

Project Description: MPS is seeking qualified providers of Curriculum Enriching Activities: during or after school day in person services to students such as science education, race/ethnicity related workshops, arts education, writing workshops, etc. MPS is seeking a wide range of themes/topics and formats for Curriculum Enriching Activities. Curriculum Enriching Activities must have a clear instructional or skill-building component aligned to academic, cultural, or career exploration outcomes. Activities that are primarily recreational, therapeutic, or mentoring-focused without a defined instructional component are not eligible.
Services can be short or long term, time limited, or ongoing. There is no minimum capacity requirement as the district expects to make multiple awards.
MPS anticipates that, when fully implemented, any vendor contracted for any of the activities listed here will be limited to vendors with responsive proposals. Therefore, former, current, and prospective vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. Vendors not responding to the RFQ may be deemed ineligible to provide services to the district.
