ROCKLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE NURSING SIMULATION LAB

This project is the construction and expansion of a new state-of-the-art Nursing Simulation Lab on the College’s main campus in Suffern. This project will expand the Nursing Simulation Lab by doubling the current square footage and equipping the Simulation Lab with specialized equipment, and much needed high-fidelity mannequins that have the capability to mimic real life scenarios that nursing students will face in the workforce. The Lab will provide nursing students with simulated experiences in healthcare situations that they will face when entering the nursing workforce. This contract is soliciting bids for separate trades. Separate proposals will be accepted for, General Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing. This project will expand the Nursing Simulation Lab by doubling the current square footage and equipping the Simulation Lab with specialized equipment, and much needed high-fidelity mannequins that have the capability to mimic real life scenarios that nursing students will face in the workforce.
