On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a construction requirement for the integration of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) located inside the SIPRNet (rooms 215-216) at the Scranton Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), located at 3401 Olyphant Avenue, Scranton, PA 18059. Please see attached Solicitation, Specification of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, Construction Format Spreadsheet Cost Breakdown, SF 1413 Form and Scranton AFRC Floor Plans. All proposals shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM EDT, 18 August 2025.
