Cloud-based fundraising & donor management software for Nonprofit organizations, schools & other fundraising bodies.
Description:

SUNY is requesting proposals for cloud-based fundraising and donor management software for nonprofit organizations, schools, and other fundraising bodies. It will manage donor information, track campaigns and appeals, process donations, and analyze fundraising performance. Key features include online and offline marketing tools, customizable reports, and AI-powered insights to help teams raise more revenue.

  • Create an EFT record, which is a template to recurring gifts/open-ended pledges. From this template individual transactions are generated. These transactions are then committed to the database to become gift records.
  • Event module to add and manage all aspects of special events.
  • For tributes, track details about gifts given in honor, memory, or celebration of a person or cause. Example, donors may donate to the organization — in lieu of buying flowers — to memorialize a recently departed friend, or a married couple may request friends to give to your mission to celebrate their anniversary.
  • For searching, tools to track prospective donors. A tab on every constituent record. Track gifts made by prospective donors to other organizations and financial information, such as sources of wealth, annual income, and real estate holdings of prospective donors. Track the organization's proposals, including amounts solicited, amounts funded, ratings data, as well as extensive notes.
  • Scoring information downloaded into a field of the Prospect tab of the prospect's constituent record. Once enter prospect information, use the data to generate prospect research reports, such as an outstanding proposals report, which provides a list of proposals presented to potential donors.
  • Schedule a sequence of tasks to run automatically and unattended. Because you can set up a queue to run overnight you can free critical resources, workstations, and printers for other tasks during normal working hours.
  • Planned gifts are commitments donors make — typically as part of their estate planning process — to contribute to the organization at a future date. Depending on the method — or vehicle — a donor chooses to specify the gift conditions, the donor may receive a life-long income, payments to beneficiaries, or tax benefits. The ability to track these gifts from when donors commit to them to when the organization pays beneficiaries and receives final payments. On the record of a planned gift, to view pertinent details and conditions of the contribution.
  • A Volunteer module gives all the tools needed to coordinate a volunteer workforce. Track volunteer availability, qualifications, and interests match volunteers to job assignments, print out schedules, and record hours worked. A system to keep track of when the volunteer’s next award is due.
  • Alumni tracking designed specifically for schools, colleges and universities. An Alumni module includes additional information and reporting capabilities that helps reach, solicit, and better manage alumni constituency. The Alumni module should specify a primary education record for constituents, and provides the reports of Alumni Class List, Parent Class Analysis, Parent Directory, Grandparent Directory and Professional Directory.
  • Online Express A solution for users to be up and running within minutes, leveraging features built for nonprofits, with little additional cost. Templates designed specifically for nonprofit organizations and a “drag and drop” editor, creating forms and emails is quick and easy. 300K sends is the number of emails to send through Online Express.
  • Create messages to send to constituents. Manage one-time emails manually sent to lists of constituents. For workflow designer emails, manage email for automated workflows you create. Automated workflows are processes that perform series of tasks based on criteria you select. From a workflow, assign actions to fundraisers or use a workflow designer to send email to constituents.
  • Reporting. Enables the school to view prebuilt dashboards and create custom dashboards with your choice of graphs and charts. To quickly assess the school's overall performance and effectiveness each time to glance at the data. Add filters to custom dashboards or select a data point to drill in for details. Export per-configured dashboards for use in Microsoft Excel.
  • A service that will screen your existing records to add missing phone numbers and verify existing phone numbers.
  • A service that will supplement and update address data already in the
  • Email Finder service that attempts to find and return an email address for individual US constituents (Organization Constituents are not screened for this service). This service is intended for records of which there is no email address for.
  • For Major Gifts (MG) Prospects: Use analytics to make informed decisions about which constituents to cultivate for major giving. Assign qualified prospects to fundraisers and use actions and opportunities to move a prospect through the fundraising stages of cultivation to solicitation. Temporarily remove candidates who aren’t ready for major giving to review again later. Review qualified prospects who aren’t giving as much as projected to adjust your cultivation plan.
  • An integration that creates constituent records (or matches on existing records) to help identify those who influence giving and creates gift records to help track the funds the organization receives through peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • End-to-end payment processing solution. Supports payment transactions with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Also supports EFT/ACH for one-time gifts. Schools can create multiple gateways for different merchant accounts. Billing addresses are required when users submit a giving, event registration, or store form.
  • Supports one-time gifts as well as monthly and annual recurring gifts (up to 36 months). When donors make recurring gifts, giving managers can view the recurring schedules.
  • Managers can see the recurring payment schedules, stop recurring payments, select a donor’s name to access additional details, and find recurring payments using the filter, sort, and search options. Recurring payments are automatically generated each month on the day specified by the donor on the giving form; however, if a failure occurs, the schedule will stop, and a manager must intervene.
  • A training subscription to help with step-by-step instructions on features and functions.
