Agency has also set up role-based access to Hootsuite to filter what content and features are available to certain team members. Finally, it provides detailed insights and analytics about content performance, engagement, customer sentiment, etc. which allows NYS to better react to issues as they arise, update and edit public-facing content like on the website, for example, or implement process improvements based on customer feedback.
