Description: The New York State (NYS) Office of Mental Health (OMH) is committed to advancing and promoting the professional development of the Peer Support Service profession. As such, accessible, high quality, evidence-based training to meet certification requirements are crucial. Thus, the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is soliciting proposals from responsive and responsible entities to provide a platform for the Academy of Peer Services (APS) which houses education and information relevant to current or aspiring peer support specialists in New York State, including the core curriculum for the NYCPS(-P) certification and approved CEUs.
