Orangeburg County hereby publishes this Notice of Intent to Award a contract for
Construction of the New Orangeburg County Courthouse in Orangeburg County, South Carolina to Monteith
Construction Corp., 1 Cool Blow Street, Suite 202, Charleston, SC 29403.
Interested vendors are hereby notified that they have limited rights to protest the Intent to Award as set forth
in Article 7 of the Orangeburg County Procurement Code which may be found at:
https://www.orangeburgcounty.org/DocumentCenter
A fifteen (15) day waiting period commences upon posting of this Notice of Intent to Award and will expire
on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The responsive vendor is hereby notified that any proposed contract arising
out of this procurement is contingent upon the resolution of any protests and negotiation of an acceptable
contract for these services.
