Project Description: The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) seek a qualified Contractor to upgrade existing Building Automation System (BAS) JACE controllers at MSD Main Office Building located at 1600 W. Hill Street, Louisville, KY 40210. The Scope includes hardware replacement (as needed), station migration, driver updates, point mapping, graphics modernization, network reconfiguration, commissioning, and training. The objective is to ensure a secure, supportable, and reliable BAS platform with no loss of functionality.
