The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is to provide JFHQ-DODIN with financial management, budget and technical services for JFHQ-DODIN general funds appropriated and contingency programs. Financial management and accounting information for the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) program are consolidated from various feeder systems. Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS) components licensed to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) JFHQ/DODIN currently include the Federal Financial Accounting Management Information System and the Defense Budgeting System (DBS). The FMSS is a financial management, accounting and budgeting software. The software was benchmarked and certified as compliant with the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program core financial requirements prior to its installation The contractor shall provide technical expertise to ensure that the Command has financial management advice for program objective memorandum and budget submissions (including special missions). The contractor shall work in a dynamic environment that will require consistent and proper communication between directorates within JFHQ-DODIN as it relates to touch points for subscription services and implementation activities for the DODIN Operations and Defensive Cyber Operations-Internal Defensive Measures (DCO-IDM).
