Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) three-year (36 month) Long Term Contract (LTC) for the GENERATOR, ENGINE AC. This solicitation will be restricted to C. E. Niehoff & Co (CAGE: 76761) under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-11(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement will be solicited under W912CH-24-R-0181
