PIPE, 8 INCH SCHEDULE 140, manufactured in accordance with Attachment 1.

0002 DATA REQUIREMENTS

Data Requirements for ITEM 0001:

• Data Item A001 (Material Certification)

• Data Item A002 (Procedure Approvals)

All Data Requirements are to be in accordance with Exhibit A and Attachment 1 to Exhibit A.

• Required Delivery Date/Period of Performance: DOA + 45 Weeks
