Synopsis:

MOWER & SIDEARM/HITCH
SUPPLY AND DELIVER TENDER
The RM of Pinto Creek No. 75 is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of a 2025/2026 15’ MOWER & SIDEARM/HITCH.
Tenders must include the following trade in:
2020 Schulte XH1500 Mower & 2021 Schulte FLX1510 Hitch.
Preference will be given to suppliers that maintain a full-time service/parts center within a 200km radius of the RM of Pinto Creek No. 75.
Preference will also be given to a supplier that will provide a local Maintenance Training Workshop upon delivery of new equipment.
The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Evaluation of Mower/Hitch tenders will be determined by council based on the Mower/Hitch that best meets the needs of the municipality.

MINIMUM MOWER SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED INCLUDE:
-Minimum 15 foot mower
-Compatible Sidearm/Hitch
-4 hydraulic
-Foam filled back tires
-Guide Wheel
MAINTENANCE TRAINING WORKSHOP TOPICS SHOULD INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-How to propertly set up your mower
-Go through gear box's, Oil Changes, Dip Sticks, Sight Glasses
-Go through PTO's
-Go through Grease Nipples
-Go through Hydraulic Lines
-How to change blades
-How to properly change slip clutches (key & tightness)
