PHC Supply and Install Sound System

Specifications:
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage an experienced, certified commercial vendor for the supply and install of sound system equipment for the SIGA Painted Hand Casino location listed below.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor and materials including hardware, tools, and equipment, and shall include in its Bid Price all applicable taxes for such work, services and materials plus overhead and profit necessary for the total completion and acceptance of Work.

Bidders Checklist:
 Installation Plan and all drawings (if required) are to be provided with bid submission.
 Specification sheet (brand name, model, description, picture, etc.) is required with your bid submission.
 All equipment must be compatible and work seamlessly with each other.
 Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information on all products, including your quality and workmanship warranty, with your bid submission.
 These components shall be robust and support 24/7 commercial operations and handle smoke. All components must be of high quality and be CE certified and meet all Canadian regulations.
 The successful contractor shall assume full responsibility to supply and install the sound system complete with the respective fixtures and cabling.
 Vendor must have at least three current (3) references of good standing, for the same work scope, comparable size and magnitude. (Company name, contact name, address, phone number, email address).
 Sound system placement must be approved by PHC Asset Protection Manager or delegate.
 All workers must be 19 years of age or older to be on SIGA’s property and are prohibited from gambling during work.
 Bid submissions MUST be made via this form in accordance with specifications, any bids received not using the form provided are subject to disqualification.
 Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
 The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
 SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.&
