Generator Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services

SIGA is conducting an invitation to tender to obtain qualified vendors to for on-call, when required, and scheduled semi-annual, annual, and quinquennial commercial generator inspection, maintenance, and repair services at SIGA's Central Office in Saskatoon, SK., as well as at all seven (7) casino sites across the province of Saskatchewan.

SIGA will determine the award structure that best meets operational needs across all SIGA sites. Awards may be made on a site-by-site basis, to multiple suppliers across multiple locations, or to a single supplier for all locations. Bidders may bid on individual, multiple, or all sites.

To provide the following, but not limited to, services:

• Spring semi-annual Inspections, testing (including load testing and transfer test), and maintenance requirements
• Fall semi-annual Inspections, testing (including load testing), and maintenance requirements
• Annual inspections, testing and maintenance requirements
• Quinquennial (every five years) inspections, testing and maintenance requirements
  • Note: all sites’ next quinquennial will be in 2030.
• On call, and when required, regular and emergency 24/7 X 365 repair services including during extreme weather conditions.
• Provide inspection reports to each site and to SIGA’s Corporate Facilities Manager upon completion of work.
• Update and maintain equipment lists, for each of SIGA’s casino location, as required.
• Provide support for generator rental, installation, startup, in emergency situations (i.e. unit down).
