Allowance: $12,500.00
Contractor Duration: 45 Days
CSLB: Class A or Class B
The successful contractor shall supply all labor, materials, services, insurance, and equipment necessary
to complete the work. The Contractor shall thoroughly investigate the premises for a complete
understanding of the scope of work required for this bid. All materials identified herein are to be
used by the contractor.
Demolition:
* Demolish and dispose of existing flooring materials - carpet and walk off tile.
Demolish carpet at base of AV room.

Demolish all baseboards.
o
Demolish carpet on stairs.
o
* Demolish owner identified surface mounted raceway, conduits, and outlets.
* Demolish existing ceiling tiles, leaving ceiling tile grid system in place.
Safe off all ceiling devices and salvage for reinstallation.

* Demolish and dispose of owner identified ceiling light diffusers.
* Demolish existing water fountains and water fountain area tiles.
Safe off water prior to demo, and prep for reconnection.

* Remove and replace all 1-gang outlets and related covers.
Style and color to be approved by owner.

* Remove and replace all other junction boxes, phones, and/or data drop cover plates.
Style and color to be approved by owner.
o
* Remove & replace emergency exit sign at south facing doors.
Materials - Compass LED Lighted Exit Sign, White, Mfr. Model #CCRGRC.

Refurbishment
* Prepare and paint existing ceiling tile grid.
Preparation of areas for painting includes removal of staples, tape, and other debris so as

to make a clean, flat paintable surface.

Use Duralens Lighting Panels to match onsite diffusers.
