- Outfit 3 existing lavatory's with Chicago 404 series faucets.
- Install new p-traps, emergency stops, and supply tubes on each lav.
- Remove 3 existing water closets. Replace concealed flushometer valves.
Reset all three water closet's with new gaskets and test thoroughly.
-Replace steam radiator angle valve and steam trap.
