The City of Oakland, Oakland Fire Department. The Oakland Fire Department (OFD) seeks a qualified contractor to provide clinical assistance and referral for Fire Department personnel with behavioral healthcare concerns. This contractor will connect personnel to clinical resources equipped to respond to the special needs of Fire and Emergency Medical First Responders. They will also assist staff in assessing the nature of employee problems and help formulate action plans to intervene and correct such problems.
