Yocum Library Theatre Program Classroom
Yocum Library Theatre Program Classroom renovation.
The work will be performed under a multiple prime contracts to renovated and expand the existing Yocum Library room 117 and the adjacent computer labs. This work is required to enhance the classroom environment for the Theatre program and associate club. This work will include but not limited to demo, Construction of new partitions, ceilings, soffits, interior finishes, and window treatments. Upgraded to lighting, data and power for the new space and the modifications to HVAC system components in the room to accommodate renovation.
