Intent to Sole Source Arctic Medical SME training

This notice is an intent to sole source for the Arctic Medical SME services. The government has only found one contractor that is able to fulfil requirment.

This procurement is for providing specialized medical training services for Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH), focusing on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), Austere Surgical Procedures, and Prolonged Field Care (PFC) under extreme Arctic conditions. The contractor will provide subject matter expertise, tents for training scenarios, and static and dynamic medical training environments that align with SOCNORTH’s training requirements for medical personnel, including Independent Duty Corpsmen, Special Operations Tactical Medics, and other medical professionals. The contractor will also act as white cell during dynamic training to evaluate participants in real-time.
