Notice is hereby given that the City of Ballwin will receive sealed bids clearly marked “Bid #25-15 Ballwin Public Works” on or before 2:00pm central, Tuesday March 11, 2025, to City of Ballwin, Attn: Eric Sterman, 1 Government Ctr, Ballwin, MO 63011. There will be a public opening of the bids immediately following at the Ballwin Government Center. Documents will be available February 17, 2025 and thereafter by contacting: Nicole Luedloff, Archimages, Inc., at nluedloff@archimages-stl.com or 314-
965-7445. There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please reference the detailed
scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. Prospective contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00pm central at Ballwin City Hall, 1 Government Center, Ballwin, MO 63011. We will then walk the adjacent Public Works
site. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.
