Description: The Tioga County Property Development Corporation (TCPDC) is soliciting proposals for high-quality snow removal and related services under this RFP. Specifically, seeking a professional who will care for and treat our property's walkways and parking lots in a manner that truly minimizes any weather-related inconvenience, regardless of location within Tioga County, NY. While the winning contractor will need to be cost-competitive, even more than a low price, we are seeking high-quality, timely, and thorough snow removal and related services. TCPDC currently owns 35 properties that require snow removal services, consisting of 31 vacant lots and 4 properties with structures.
