The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal, and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide educational programs for faith-based community leaders on opioid addiction in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. And to assist the faith leaders with developing programs to fight stigma, increase the education on substance use, and connect those in need with treatment and recovery services, within their congregations.
