Los Angeles County, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) #24-04-024 for the Recruitment, Retention, and Support Services for Prospective and Affirming LGBTQIA2S+ Resource Parents Program. The program aims to improve the outcomes for LGBTQIA2S+ children and youth by recruiting, retaining, and supporting prospective and affirming LGBTQIA2S+ resource parents who are willing to provide safe and loving placements for this population. Starting Monday, September 30, 2024, you may obtain a copy of the RFP #24-04-024 for the Recruitment, Retention, and Support Services for Prospective and Affirming LGBTQIA2S+ Resource Parents Program by visiting http://contracts.dcfs.lacounty.gov/ or the Los Angeles County website, http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/lacobids/BidLookUp/BidOpenStart.asp. A Virtual Proposers’ Conference will be held to discuss the RFP requirements and services to be provided on November 4, 2024. Interested organizations are encouraged to review the attached RFP for further information.
